BRILLER / Legal
Refund Policy
1. Draft status
Briller.House is operated by ACTIVECHAT SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ (ACTIVECHAT sp. z o.o.), pl. Solny 15, 50-062 Wrocław, Poland; KRS: 0000927136, NIP: 8971897072, REGON: 520201322. A final refund and withdrawal policy has not yet been supplied. This draft does not promise or deny a refund. Insert the effective date and reviewed conditions before selling subscriptions.
2. Requesting assistance
For a billing or refund enquiry, email hello@briller.house with the account email and a transaction reference. Never send full payment-card information. Confirm which support channel receives Stripe transaction references securely.
3. Subscription cancellation
Subscription management is available through the Stripe Customer Portal in the app. Cancellation and refund eligibility are separate issues. Confirm the cancellation effective date, access after cancellation and whether any prorated refunds are offered.
4. Credits and failed generations
Confirm the treatment of unused monthly credits, unused non-expiring top-up credits, duplicate charges and failed generations. Specify eligibility, evidence required, review process and any applicable exclusions.
5. Consumer rights
Mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal rights in the EU and other markets, must be assessed for the actual product and checkout flow. Any consent to immediate digital-service performance or loss of withdrawal rights must be legally valid and collected in the appropriate flow.
6. Timing and payment method
Insert [REQUEST WINDOW], [REVIEW TIME] and [REFUND PROCESSING TIME] only after confirmation. Explain the original-payment-method process and potential payment-provider delays in the final policy.
