BRILLER / Legal
Privacy Policy
1. Who is responsible
Briller.House is operated by ACTIVECHAT SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ (ACTIVECHAT sp. z o.o.), pl. Solny 15, 50-062 Wrocław, Poland; KRS: 0000927136, NIP: 8971897072, REGON: 520201322. This company is responsible for personal-data processing on this website. For privacy enquiries and rights requests, contact hello@briller.house.
2. This website
This marketing website serves product information and local images. Optional Google Analytics and Meta advertising tools load only after you consent to the relevant category and only when their identifiers are configured. Rejecting optional cookies keeps the website available. The website has no account login or server-side contact-form processing; the Briller app is separate. Hosting and network providers may process access logs, IP addresses and browser information; confirm actual providers and retention before production launch.
3. Contact enquiries
The contact form creates a message in your own email application. Your message is sent only when you send that email. Your name, email and message will then be processed by the confirmed mailbox provider to respond to you. Confirm lawful basis, mailbox provider, retention period and deletion process.
4. The Briller app
The app at build.briller.house uses Firebase Auth and Firestore, Google Cloud / Vertex AI and Stripe according to the supplied product specification. Before launch, document exactly which room images, references, drawings, text, voice recordings, outputs and memory data are processed; their purposes, legal bases, retention, sharing controls, deletion options and any AI-training use. Do not infer these details from this draft.
5. International processing
Confirm processing regions, processor agreements and safeguards for transfers outside the user’s jurisdiction. List relevant subprocessors and their roles, including hosting, authentication, AI, payment and email providers.
6. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to complain to a competent supervisory authority. Contact hello@briller.house. Confirm identity-verification and response procedures.
7. Children, security and updates
Confirm minimum user age, safeguards, incident procedures and the policy effective date. Insert [EFFECTIVE DATE] and publish a reviewed version before collecting app data.
8. Language selection
If you have not chosen a language, your browser requests your IP country from https://api.country.is/. The provider receives your IP address to determine a country; this website reads and caches only the country code and lookup time. Visitors in Ukraine are forwarded to Ukrainian unless a manual language preference overrides it. The request omits credentials and page referrer information. Manual language choices are remembered in your browser. Confirm this provider and its processing terms in the final policy.
9. Analytics — Google Analytics
With analytics consent, and when a GA4 Measurement ID is configured, Google Analytics measures page visits and use of this website. Google may receive cookie identifiers, browser and device information, visited pages, referrer information and network information including an IP address. The implementation removes query parameters and fragments from the page and referrer URLs supplied to GA4, disables Google Signals and advertising-personalization signals, and does not send account identifiers, contact-form messages or uploaded room images as custom events. These settings do not make all processing anonymous. Google processes data under its own applicable terms: https://policies.google.com/privacy. Configure and document the property’s event-data retention before production launch.
10. Advertising — Meta tools
With advertising consent, and when a Meta Pixel ID is configured, Meta Pixel may receive a PageView event, browser and device information, page URL, referrer, network IP address and cookie identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc. These tools help measure advertising campaigns, attribute visits and support advertising audiences. Automatic advanced matching and automatic event configuration are not enabled by this implementation; it does not send email addresses, phone numbers or contact messages as custom events. Meta may combine information with data it holds under its own terms: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/. This website does not currently implement server-side Meta Conversions API tracking.
11. Consent and changes to your choice
Optional analytics and advertising are off until you choose them. You can accept all, reject optional tracking or select analytics and advertising separately. Open Cookie settings in the footer to change or withdraw your choice. Your consent record is stored in local storage and a first-party cookie for up to 180 days, after which the site asks again. Withdrawal disables the relevant integration, attempts to remove its accessible first-party cookies and reloads the page to stop previously loaded vendor code. It does not erase data already sent to a provider; contact us about rights requests. Your language choice and functional country lookup remain separate.
12. Providers, legal basis and retention
Optional Google Analytics and Meta tracking relies on your consent. Necessary preference storage and hosting/network processing must be assessed under the operator’s applicable legal basis. Google and Meta may process information internationally; confirm the responsible entities, processor/controller roles, transfer safeguards, account settings and retention periods before publishing a final policy. Cookie expiry is not a guarantee of deletion from provider systems. The policy effective date and other marked operational details remain to be confirmed.
