BRILLER / Legal
Cookies Policy
1. Your choices
Essential preference storage keeps the site usable. Optional analytics and advertising are off by default. The cookie banner offers Accept all, Reject optional and Choose preferences with separate analytics and advertising choices. You can reopen Cookie settings in the footer on any page.
2. Necessary preferences
briller_language remembers a manual EN/UK choice for up to one year; briller:language in local storage remains until cleared. briller:country caches a country code and lookup time for 24 hours, or 10 minutes after lookup failure; it does not store the visitor’s IP address. briller_cookie_consent and briller:consent store analytics/advertising choices, policy version and choice time for up to 180 days.
3. Google Analytics
When configured and accepted, Google Analytics may use first-party _ga and _ga_* cookies and related identifiers to distinguish visits and measure usage. This implementation configures a 180-day cookie duration and does not enable Google Signals or advertising-personalization signals. Data retention in the Google account is separate and must be configured and documented. The Google script is not requested before analytics consent.
4. Meta advertising tools
When configured and accepted, Meta Pixel may use _fbp and _fbc cookies and Meta browser identifiers to measure campaigns and support advertising audiences. Cookie lifetimes and provider-side retention depend on Meta’s current implementation and account settings; confirm them before production launch. The Meta script and PageView event are not loaded before advertising consent.
5. Withdrawal and browser controls
Change your choices through Cookie settings. Withdrawal disables the relevant integration, attempts to delete accessible optional first-party cookies and reloads the page. Third-party cookies or records held on a provider’s own domain cannot be erased by this website; use your browser and provider privacy controls. Rejection does not remove necessary language and consent preferences.
6. Hosting, the app and other services
Hosting/network logs may include IP addresses without cookies. Functional IP-country lookup uses country.is as described in the Privacy Policy. The app at build.briller.house has separate authentication, billing and data-processing rules. Consent on this marketing site is not consent to tracking in the app. Add any future provider or new purpose to the policy and request appropriate consent before it loads.
7. Operator and effective date
Operator: ACTIVECHAT SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ (ACTIVECHAT sp. z o.o.), pl. Solny 15, 50-062 Wrocław, Poland; KRS: 0000927136, NIP: 8971897072, REGON: 520201322. Effective date: [EFFECTIVE DATE]. Questions and privacy requests: hello@briller.house. This policy remains a draft until provider settings and applicable legal requirements are confirmed.
